My height is 178, I read reviews and took a 2xl, so that the sleeves would definitely not be too short. In principle, you can take a size smaller. The sleeves are too big here, if you look at 2 photos, then the fingers stick out slightly. For my height, the sleeves should be at least 60cm, there is clearly a lot more. The jacket is voluminous as in the picture, even with such sleeves I like it.
